Let me introduce myself…
My Journey to Empowerment
Growing up by the sea in South Queensferry, I was surrounded by breathtaking views and the invigorating energy of nature. From a young age, I found joy in sports, immersing myself in activities that kept me active and engaged. However, as I entered my late teens, my world shifted dramatically. I was hit with severe anxiety and depression, which led to a tumultuous relationship with food and exercise. The external pressures of life began to weigh heavily on me, leaving me feeling lost and overwhelmed.
I remember walking into gyms, wishing the ground would swallow me whole. I tried every quick-fix diet, including cutting out carbs in an attempt to lose weight. I felt trapped in a cycle of self-doubt and frustration, constantly battling my own mind while struggling to find a sense of belonging and peace.
But through the darkness, I learned. I discovered the importance of balance and self-love, realising that the path to wellbeing doesn’t have to be grueling or restrictive. It was a transformative journey that ignited a deep passion within me to help others navigate their own struggles.
Now, I am dedicated to empowering women who face similar challenges. I want to show you that it’s entirely possible to enjoy that glass of wine and indulge in chocolate without the guilt, all while maintaining a healthy, happy life. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym to achieve your goals. All you need is a bit of faith and our guidance.
I’m here to support you every step of the way, and I promise—I won’t let you down. Together, we can transform your life and create a future filled with joy, confidence, and freedom. Let’s embark on this journey together!

“I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.”
